Corey Browder


Corey Browder is a bcFELLOW at buildingcommunityWORKSHOP. Currently he continues his work on DR2, a disaster recovery housing project with the City of Houston and is also involved in various other design projects across Dallas and the Rio Grande Valley.

Corey is a native Texan and was born in Dallas, TX. Prior to joining [bc] Corey was an avid volunteer, has worked with various humanist based organizations and has been an advocate for community revivement initiatives including a redesign of downtown Prairie View, TX. He has a background in design, construction administration and analog fabrication. Corey is passionate about continuing his efforts in public interest design and community engagement.

Corey holds a  BS in Architecture and will finish a Master’s in Architecture from Prairie View A&M University this June.
