[bc] is supporting the 11th Street Bridge Park with developing cultural strategies to amend its Equitable Development Plan. 11th Street Bridge Park will be Washington, D.C.’s first elevated public park located on the piers of the old 11th Street Bridge spanning the Anacostia River. The goal of the Equitable Development Plan is to ensure that the park is a driver of inclusive development in its impact area. These strategies will incorporate arts, culture and heritage into the plan.
