Casitas Azucar, our latest multi-family residence in the RGV in partnership with cdcb. come dream. come build., is now complete! This project comprises 50 detached single-family dwellings and also includes a community room, office, laundry room, playground area and barbecue pavilions as site amenities.

Casitas Azucar is located in Santa Rosa, Texas, a rural community in the Lower Rio Grande Valley with just under 3,000 residents. The development increases the amount of quality affordable rental housing for residents.
