Located at the southeast boundary of Dallas’s Fair Park, Dolphin Heights is one of the city’s oldest neighborhoods. It has transformed over the past 170 years from a pioneer homestead to a resilient neighborhood punctuated by a diverse set of land uses.

Spurred by a number of changes since the passage of their 2015 neighborhood plan, residents of Dolphin Heights recognized the need to undergo an updated planning process. [bc], serving as lead planning consultant, re-engaged DH residents and businesses, bringing together stakeholders from across the neighborhood. We also created an Implementation Plan to help influence future investments in the neighborhood and frame the updated plan’s objectives.
